Design & Layout is only 1 part of designing a panel which is pleasing to the eye.  Above you an see a panel that I did for a firefighter in Iowa.  This sandblasted from the back finish was done on his mirror.  He got the peach mirror from the fire dept that he works with.  Below are a few of the steps that brought this panels together.

Close up of the finished piece, this ends out being a solid glass area in the front which can be washed normally.  All work is done from the back of the mirror.
